Looper Pieces

Since 2018, I've been writing pieces for live musicians and looper; specifically, my BOSS RC-50. What I like about this pedal is that you can push it to do all sorts of things it wasn't designed to do and create some really inspiring noise. Also, the limitations of a piece of equipment like this compared to the infinite possibilities available with software means that I am forced to find intriguing ways to develop the same ideas.

The video here is a piece I wrote for myself on guitar with RC-50; I have also written a set of pieces for bass clarinet and RC-50, and a piece for any solo improvising musician with RC-50 (workshopped on violin).
